For example, while resolving IT issues at a local auto restoration company, the owner’s father asked for help with internet connectivity at home, which was spotty and only allowed for one device to be used at a time. The Altec technician quickly solved the problem by installing wifi-boosting equipment.
“It was a simple solution to an annoying problem,” said Willis. “We solved his problem without breaking his wallet.”
Altec professionals can install both business and residential systems, so customers can avoid do-it-yourself headaches that invariably pop up. Should issues later arise, the Altec team is again at the ready.
“All the business or individual need do is call the Help Desk,” said Willis. “We make it a priority to be available whenever the need for help arises.”
